These terms cover the text messages you can choose to receive from Romo’s Locksmith. Text messages are optional — you can always just call (915) 209-2287.

Who is texting you
These messages come from Romo’s Locksmith, a family-owned mobile locksmith in El Paso, TX, serving El Paso and the surrounding areas. Our contact details are in the Support section below.
What we text you about
If you opt in, we text you only about the locksmith service you requested: appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and scheduling updates. This program does not send marketing or promotional text messages.
How you opt in
Opting in is a separate and optional choice on our contact form. You tick the unchecked box next to the consent wording, and the form records your choice, the time it was made, and the exact wording you agreed to. Giving us your phone number without ticking that box does not opt you in. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase, and you can request service without it.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies with your appointment and how often you contact us. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out. After you reply STOP, we stop sending you text messages and you may receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You can also ask us to stop by calling (915) 209-2287 or emailing contact@romoslocksmith.com.

Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and delivery is not guaranteed. Text messages are sent to the mobile number you provide once you have opted in.
Your information and privacy
We handle your mobile number and your opt-in choice as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile number or your text-message opt-in with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes; we share them only with the service providers that act on our behalf to operate this service, maintain our consent records, and deliver our communications, and never for their own marketing or promotion.
