How it works
Call us
Tell us your address and the door you're locked out of. We give you an ETA up front.
We dispatch
A licensed, insured locksmith drives to you — 24/7, anywhere in El Paso.
You’re back in
We open the door damage-free and can rekey on the spot so old keys stop working.
We open the door. We don’t destroy it.
Drilling a lock is the last resort, not the first move, and any locksmith who reaches for a drill straight away is costing you a lock you did not need to replace. In the great majority of house lockouts the cylinder can be picked or bypassed, which is faster for us and cheaper for you. We only escalate when the lock is already damaged or is a high-security model that genuinely resists it — and we tell you before we do, not after.
What we will ask you for
Proof that the home is yours: photo identification showing the address, or a lease, utility bill or piece of mail that ties you to the property. It takes a moment and it is the same check that protects your house on every other day of the year. If you have nothing on you because everything is inside, tell us on the phone and we will talk through the options.
Locked out, or locked out and missing keys?
These are different problems. If the keys are sitting on the kitchen counter, we open the door and you are done. If they are genuinely lost or were stolen, the responsible move is to rekey while we are already there — it takes minutes on top of the visit and it means the missing keys stop working immediately, rather than sitting in a stranger’s pocket alongside your address.
Apartments, rentals and base housing
We serve houses, apartments, condos and Fort Bliss-area housing across El Paso, Horizon City and Socorro, and we work with landlords and property managers on turnovers and Sheriff-ordered evictions. For rekeys, deadbolt upgrades and break-in repair, see our residential locksmith services; if it is your car rather than your house, go to car lockout service.

Frequently asked questions
Can you get into my house without damaging the door?
In the great majority of cases, yes. Picking or bypassing the lock is both faster and cheaper than drilling, so it is always what we try first.
What proof of residence do you need?
Photo identification with the address, or a lease, utility bill or piece of mail that ties you to the property. We verify on every job — it is what protects your home too.
Should I rekey after being locked out?
If your keys were lost or stolen rather than simply left inside, yes. Rekeying on the spot means the missing keys stop working immediately.
Do you serve apartments and Fort Bliss housing?
Yes — houses, apartments, condos and base-area housing across El Paso, Horizon City and Socorro.
I am a landlord and my tenant is locked out. Can you help?
Yes. We work with property managers and landlords regularly, including turnovers and Sheriff-ordered evictions.
On the porch without your keys?
We’ll have you back inside before the coffee gets cold.
