Common jobs, in plain terms
Lost every key. We can originate a new key from the vehicle’s own lock or VIN, cut it, and program it to the immobilizer — no existing key required. Broken key in the ignition or door. We extract the fragment without pulling the cylinder, then cut a replacement. Key turns but the car won’t start. That is usually the transponder or the immobilizer rather than the lock, and it is diagnosable on-site. Worn ignition cylinder. If the key wiggles or sticks, the cylinder wafers are worn and we can rebuild or replace it, often keeping your original key working.
