What to have ready when you call

Four things let us quote you accurately and dispatch on the first call instead of the second:

• Where you are — a cross street or business name is enough
• What you’re locked out of — car, house, business or safe
• For a vehicle: the year, make and model
• Whether the key is lost or just locked inside

That last one matters more than people expect. Opening a door you are locked out of is a small job; originating and programming a brand-new key because every copy is gone is a larger one. Telling us which situation you are actually in means the price we quote on the phone is the price at the curb.

When to call instead of writing

If you are standing outside right now, call. The form is checked around the clock but a phone call reaches a dispatcher immediately, and in an emergency that difference is the whole point. Use the form for quotes, scheduled rekeys, master key system enquiries, and anything for a business that needs a written trail.

If there is a child or pet locked in a car

Call 911 first. In El Paso heat that is the right call every time, and emergency services can reach you faster than any locksmith. Call us second and we will still come.
