Information we collect

When you call us, we receive your phone number and the details you share about your service request. When you use the contact form, we receive the name, phone number, optional email address, service type and message you submit.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, dispatch service, provide quotes, and keep basic records of completed work. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who processes it for us

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., which records standard server logs including IP address and request time. Contact-form messages are delivered to our email by Resend, our transactional email provider, and are stored in our email accounts. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of loading the page. Page-view counts are processed by Vercel Web Analytics, described below. We use no other third-party processors.

Phone calls

Standard call metadata (caller ID, time of call) is visible to us like any business phone line.

Advertising & analytics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It sets no cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and does not build a profile of you. It records a page address, a referring site, and coarse device and country information, all of it aggregated rather than tied to you personally. We run no advertising pixels and no cookies of our own. If we add conversion tracking for Google Ads in future, we will update this policy before it goes live.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your contact information from our records at any time by emailing contact@romoslocksmith.com or calling (915) 209-2287.
